All residents will be enrolled in a 90-day free RentPlus trial. After 90 days of service, residents will be charged $8.95/month for an apartment with a single lease holder or $14.95/month for an apartment with multiple lease holders to continue the credit reporting service. Residents may opt out of RentPlus at any time and information regarding this procedure can be found in your lease agreement.
Our lease terms range from 7-18 months.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid through our online resident portal, check, or certified funds. Late fees will be applied on the 6th of the month - 10% of your monthly base rent.
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

A fee will be charged to residents who choose to break lease.
A $15 facilities fee is added to your rent each month, which covers the apartment home. You may choose to acquire renter’s insurance to cover your personal belongings, but this is not required.
The fitness center with cardio and strength training areas is open 24 hours to residents.
Our pool is open year round from 10AM to 10PM.
